You become the full owner of your home within a five-star hotel. You can stay in it yourself for up to 180 days per year, with reservations made 9 to 12 months in advance. When you are not there, the property becomes part of the hotel operation, managed entirely by Barceló (rentals, maintenance and guest services). Owners receive 21% of the gross rental income, paid twice a year. Any damage caused by hotel guests is covered by the management company. Fixed annual costs apply (property tax, rubbish collection, insurance, reserve fund and management fee). Sub-letting and pets are not permitted.
