Cookie policy

1. Cookies

Cookies are small data or text files placed on your local computer by websites and applications. Such cookies can have different purposes: there are technical cookies (for example, for keeping track of language settings), session cookies (temporary cookies that expire after one session) and tracking cookies (cookies that follow and track your behavior on the Internet in order to provide you with a more optimal user experience).

The Belgian Electronic Communications Act of June 13, 2005 contains some provisions regarding cookies and their use on websites. The law is a transposition of the European e-Privacy Directive, which means cookie laws may be implemented differently in other European member states.

Luxe Real Estate is based in Belgium and therefore follows Belgian legislation on cookies.

2. Purpose and usefulness of cookies

Luxe Real Estate wishes to inform each visitor to the platform/website as well as possible about his rights under Belgian law regarding cookies, and about which cookies Luxe Real Estate uses. By using the platform/website, the visitor agrees to the use of cookies. Cookies help Luxe Real Estate to optimize your visit to the platform/website, to remember technical choices (for example, a language choice, a newsletter, et cetera) and to show you more relevant services and offers.

If you wish to consult the Luxe Real Estate platform/website, it is recommended that the technical settings for cookies have been enabled. Without enabled cookies, Luxe Real Estate cannot guarantee a smooth visit on the platform/website. If you prefer not to have the cookies, as a visitor you are free to disable the cookies.

They are necessary for good communication and they facilitate navigation (e.g., returning to a previous page, etc.).
  • Niet-essentiĆ«le cookies:
Deze cookies zijn op zich niet noodzakelijk om het platform/de website te laten functioneren, maar ze helpen ons wel een verbeterde en gepersonaliseerde website aan te bieden.
    • Functional cookies:
These cookies enable the platform/website to provide enhanced functionality and personalization. They may be set by us or by third-party providers whose services we have added to our pages.
    • Analytical cookies:
These cookies allow us to track visits and traffic so we can measure and improve the performance of our platform/website. They help us know which pages are most and least popular and how visitors move through the platform/website.
    • Targeting / advertising cookies:
These cookies can be set by our advertising partners through our platform/our website. They may be used by those companies to compile a profile of your interests and show you relevant ads on other sites.
