Royal Hideaway Corales Beach is a five-star adults-only hotel on the seafront in La Caleta, Costa Adeje. The hotel has 121 junior suites with front ocean or panoramic ocean views; some suites have a private hot tub on the terrace. More than 20 junior suites are currently available, from €335,000.
Each junior suite offers approx. 56 m² of built area (corner suites approx. 58 m²) and a terrace of approx. 19 to 44 m² overlooking the ocean. The suite is designed as one spacious open-plan room with sleeping and lounge area, a freestanding bathtub and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The architecture is contemporary and organic, inspired by coral formations, with plenty of natural light and high-quality finishes. Available are junior suites, corner suites and suites with a private hot tub.
The resort lies on the seafront in La Caleta, Costa Adeje, one of the most exclusive coastal areas in the south of Tenerife. You walk straight onto the coastal promenade, La Enramada beach and the village's seafood restaurants. Golf Costa Adeje is a short distance away.
The hotel is entirely adults-only (16+) and offers a spa and wellness centre, a 24-hour fitness area, two communal swimming pools and a spectacular infinity pool on the fifth floor overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Gastronomically, Corales Beach is a top address, with El Rincón de Juan Carlos (2 Michelin stars) and San Hô (1 Michelin star) among others, complemented by five-star concierge and hotel services.
You become the full owner within a five-star hotel and can stay in your property yourself for up to 30 days per year. For the rest of the year the property is part of the hotel operation, managed entirely by Barceló (rentals, maintenance and guest services). Owners receive 21% of the gross rental income, paid twice a year. Any damage caused by hotel guests is covered by the management company. Fixed annual costs apply (property tax, rubbish collection, insurance, reserve fund and management fee). Sub-letting and pets are not permitted.
