Luxe Real Estate reserves the right at any time to modify, discontinue, temporarily or permanently all or any part of the Service with or without prior notice.

• Failures, interruptions or errors in electronic service or information obtained through the Service;
• Viruses that, despite precautions, occur on the Website;
• An error and/or omission committed by employees and/or appointees of Luxe Real Estate, subject to any deontological liability for breach of duty doctrine of the Professional Institute of Real Estate Agents.

• The inability to use the Service;
• Unauthorized access to or modification of your transmission or data;

5. Other conditions

The failure of Luxe Real Estate to exercise any right or provision (arising) under this TOU shall in no way constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

In the event that one or more aspects of these GTC, in whole or in part, are (appear to be) unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

In the event of a conflict between these GTC and possible special conditions applicable to certain services provided by Luxe Real Estate, whether through the Service or not, those special conditions will apply.

The current GTC are governed by Belgian law.

The parties agree that, in the event of a dispute regarding the Service (including the current GTC), only the courts of the judicial district within which the real estate office is located shall have jurisdiction.
