Royal Hideaway Corales Suites is a five-star all-suite resort on the seafront in La Caleta, Costa Adeje. The resort has 114 apartments and combines spacious, fully furnished private residences with the service of a luxury hotel. 8 units are currently available, from 1-bedroom apartments to 2-bedroom apartments and duplexes with private pool, from €710,000.
The 1-bedroom apartments offer approx. 65 m² of built area and a terrace of approx. 30 m² with sea views. Also available are a 1-bedroom villa suite with private pool, 2-bedroom apartments with private pool, and 2-bedroom duplexes with private pool. The interiors are bright and minimalist, with white open spaces and large windows framing the views of the Atlantic Ocean. All units are fully furnished and equipped.
The resort lies on the seafront in La Caleta, Costa Adeje, one of the most exclusive coastal areas in the south of Tenerife. You walk straight onto the coastal promenade, La Enramada beach and the village's seafood restaurants. Golf Costa Adeje is a short distance away.
As an owner and guest you enjoy swimming pools and sun terraces, fitness and wellness facilities, concierge and hotel services. The Royal Hideaway Corales Collection is one of the most important gastronomic destinations in Tenerife: Corales Suites has three à la carte restaurants, including Il Bocconcino (1 Michelin star), and the adjacent Corales Beach is home to El Rincón de Juan Carlos (2 Michelin stars), among others.
You become the full owner within a five-star hotel and can stay in your property yourself for up to 90 days per year. For the rest of the year the property is part of the hotel operation, managed entirely by Barceló (rentals, maintenance and guest services). Owners receive 21% of the gross rental income, paid twice a year. Any damage caused by hotel guests is covered by the management company. Fixed annual costs apply (property tax, rubbish collection, insurance, reserve fund and management fee). Sub-letting and pets are not permitted.
